Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, items requiring special licensing, live animals, or items that exceed our size/weight capacity. We reserve the right to refuse any item at our discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in advance and are subject to change based on delivery details. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of service confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service if payment is not received as agreed.

Liability and Insurance

While we take every precaution to handle items with care, our liability is limited. We recommend that customers maintain appropriate insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or acts of nature.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations and changes must be communicated to us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies may apply depending on timing and circumstances. We will work with you to accommodate changes when possible.
